KEON
The KEON Group was created in 2005 by the will of three associates convinced of biomethane virtues and the place it would assume in the energy mix of the future. As an independent French company, KEON's workforce of some one hundred people brings together all the different competencies required for the effective implementation of complex biomethane projects: energy specialists, agronomists, biologists, technicians, electricians, accountants, etc.
KERIDIS BIOENERGIE
Keridis BioÉnergie, a Joint venture formed through the alliance of Groupe KEON and VIRIDIS environment, is a Quebec company specialized in the co-development and co-investment in the biomethane sector in Canada.
Its founding shareholders have more than 15 years of experience behind them in the development and operation of biomethane projects on the one hand, and in the management of residual matter and the recycling of digestate on the other hand, Keridis BioEnergie offers 360 degree coverage of competencies in biomethane projects.
MARGUERITE
Marguerite is a pan-European capital-investment fund that is a catalyst for key investments in the domains of renewable energies, energy and transport. It was the first fund of this kind created by the principal European public financial institutions.
Present in several European countries and the principal subscriber of the European Investment Bank, it is the majority stockholder of the KEON Group. This integration allows the Group to accelerate its international development

IDIA Capital Investissement merges the minority capital investment activities of Crédit Agricole S.A. by accompanying LCs and SMEs in all sectors of activity and has recognized expertise in the agro-food, wine, energy transition, health and tourism sectors. Funds under management by IDIA Capital Investissement amount a total of 1,8 Million €.
